Sterling, Barbara (Donald) Fint of Moorefield, and Dianna Lynn Willoughby of Jeffersonville, a son, David Ray Willoughby of Jeffersonville, 7 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, 2 brothers, Charles Willoughby of Clark County and Jackie Willoughby of Jeffersonville, and 4 sisters, Mary Willoughby of Jeffersonville, Anna Gieger of Indiana, Peggy Hatfield of Hazard and Mary Frances Curd of Owingsville. She was a 94 year old native of Lee County, the daughter of the late Keene Faro and Nancy Amelia White Mann, a homemaker and a member of the Pentecostal Church. She is survived by a daughter, Bonnie Anderson of Mt. Sterling, 4 sons, Clark (Faye) Wade of Jeffersonville, Greg Wade of Winchester, David C. (Violet) Wade of San Jose, California, and Gordon (Mary) Wade of Sharpsburg, 23 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and 9 great-great-grandchildren. Pastor Kenneth Gross

Pastor Kenny Gross, husband of Anna Lois Haddix Gross, passed away Sunday, June 20, 2010. He was a 63 year old native of Mt. Sterling, an Army veteran of the Vietnam War, former employee for Hobart’s Manufacturing and pastor for the Christian Assembly of God church for 21 years. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Lisa (Norman) Fugate of Mokena, Illinois, 2 sons, Robert (Benita) Haddix and Bill Haddix, both of Mt. Sterling, 6 grandchildren, a brother, Shelton Ray Gross of Jeffersonville, several nieces and nephews and a large church family. His funeral will be 2:00 Wednesday at the Christian Assembly of God church with burial in Lovely-Amburgey Cemetery. Visitation is after 2:00 Tuesday. Clyde Smith passed Wednesday, June 9, 2010. He was a 92 year old native of Morgan County, the son of the late Christopher Columbus and Carrie Daniel Smith, a retired farmer and a member of the Baptist Church. He is survived by a son, Jimmy (Opal) Smith, and 2 daughters, Susie (Roy) Jett and Tammy (Glen) Bentley, all of Mt. Sterling, 4 grandchildren, a stepgrandchild, a brother, James Smith of Indiana, and 2 sisters, Arzola Burks of Ohio and Faye Cox of Indiana. His graveside service will be 2:00 Saturday at Clarence Smith Cemetery in Morgan County. Visitation is 10-12 Saturday at Herald & Stewart Home for Funerals. He was an 80 year old native of Montgomery County, the son of the late Clifford Vice and Elizabeth Shoemaker Tabor, a Korean Conflict veteran and a retired Tennessee Gas employee.
