She was an 80 year old native of Pike County, the daughter of the late Fred Franklin and Mae Bartley Smith, a homemaker and a member of the Old Regular Baptist Church. She is survived by 2 sons, Larry (Judy) Osborn of Versailles and Greg (Sherry) Osborn of Lexington, 3 daughters, Carol Moore of Lexington, Garnetta (Byron) Baxter of Newman, Illinois, and Kathy Hunt of Nashville, Tennessee, 10 grandchildren, several great- and great-great-grandchildren, a brother, Okey Smith of Lexington and a sister, Emma Proroczok of California. He was a 77 year old native of Bath County, the son of the late John Dee and Bessie Brooks Boyd, retired employee from McCormick Lumber Company, and a member the Sharpsburg Greater First Bapitst Church. In addition to his wife, he is survived by 2 daughters, Mary Boyd Nutter of Mt. Sterling and Aleta Lynn Boyd of Memphis, Tennessee, 4 grandchildren, Tah (Phillip) Holland and Davina (Mike) Thomas, both of Mt. Sterling, Daniel (DJ) Jointer of Dallas, Texas and Jason Jointer of Swansboro, North Carolina, 5 great-grand-children, Dashane Jones, Mecca Thomas and Easton Jointer, all of Mt.
