She was an 81 year old native of Menifee County, the daughter of the late Albert Franklin and Rosa Baxter Ballard, a homemaker and a member of the Church of God. She is survived by 2 daughters, Arlene Ferguson Burton and Phyllis Lynn Gilvin, both of Mt. Sterling, 2 grandchildren, Lisa Burton of Charlotte, North Carolina and Jim Burton of Lexington, 1 stepgranddaughter, Monica Gilvin of Mt.
