Joe Bealer Willoughby, widower of Georgia Lee Roe Willoughby, passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2011. He was a 72 year old native of Bath County, the son of the late Carrie Belle Anderson and Tommy Willoughby, a retired farmer and carpenter and a member of the Baptist Church. He is survived by a son, Tommy (Rita) Willoughby, and a granddaughter, April DeLee Willoughby, all of Mt.
