She was an 83 year old native of Magoffin County, daughter of the late Ogea Risner and Andrew Ritchie, a housekeeper and a member of the Christian faith. She is survived by her caregiver, Lisa Banks of Georgetown, a sister, Reva (Woodrow) Baxter of Ohio, 3 brothers, Oris Ritchie Jr., Gordon Ritchie and William J. Ritchie, all of Mt.
