RUBY CATHERINE (HOWELL) TAULBEE

Ruby Catherine Howell Taulbee, age 81, of Mt Sterling, passed away peacefully at St. Joseph Main Hospital, Lexington, KY on Sunday, February 15, 2026.  Ruby was born on January 11, 1945, in Winchester, KY to the late William and Florence Means Howell.  Ruby was of the Christian faith.

Ruby is survived by 3 grandchildren: Tiffany (Roy) Rison, Christopher Taulbee and Nicholas Taulbee.

Besides her parents, Ruby was preceded in death by 2 sons: Michael Taulbee and David Taulbee and 1 grandson: Brandon Taulbee.

A Graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Machpelah Cemetery, Mt. Sterling, KY.  Officiating will be Zach Hill.
